Villa Il Trebbio is located in the town of Cortona (Arezzo), in the midst of the beautiful Tuscan countryside, on an estate that measures approximately 30 hectares. It is made up of a beautiful 17th-century stone farmhouse that has been divided into two flats, and one additional building, all of which have been restored in the most elegant Tuscan style, offering the perfect location for an unforgettable stay. The structure can be booked in its entirety (there’s room for 16 people) for an even more special and exclusive experience, so you can enjoy the estate, swimming pool, and park in utmost privacy.
The historic residence of Villa Il Trebbio is surrounded by a vast garden with centuries-old trees, manicured green spaces, flower gardens, vineyards, and olive groves. Guests are free to relax in areas that are equipped with parasols, loungers, chaises longues, chairs and tables.
Open during the summer season is a splendid 7 x 14 swimming pool with a Roman staircase and jacuzzi, complete with hot showers. The property also offers ample private parking.
The same care and attention to detail lavished on the interiors has also been given to the outdoor areas. Each apartment has its own gazebo, tables and chairs, and barbecue for fun and relaxing outdoor dinners.
The main building is on two levels and is divided into two large flats (I Gelsi and Le Ginestre) each of which has its own private entrance and garden. The two flats can be rented separately. Likewise, the two flats can also be connected by an internal staircase and become a single villa (12 beds). The third flat (I Girasoli) is located in the cottage.

The most important building at Villa il Trebbio is the main palazzo, which is interesting from a landscaping perspective, with its splendid centuries-old park and important history.
Indeed, the Villa dates back to 1600 and is decorated with stone friezes, an elegant limonaia, and a private chapel that only enhance the majestic beauty of the place. A third flat was carved out of the estate’s large tool shed, as is evident from the splendid arched windows preserved during its restoration.
